An aftercare group for bereaved carers or those with loved ones in permanent care.

This welcoming support group is a safe space to meet other carers with shared experiences over a cuppa. 

No need to book, just come along on the day.

2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month, 10 – 11.30 am.
